/02How long is the delivery time?
Delivery times vary depending on the location of the goods:
- If it is in our facilities in Germany, you will receive it in a few days.
- If we have the engine or spare part in our factories in Spain, you will receive it in about a week.
/03How can I pay?
To complete your order, we require advance payment via bank transfer or credit card.
/04How many days do I have to make the payment?
Payment must be made in advance. Once payment is received, we will ship the goods from our warehouse or place the order with the manufacturer.
/05Do you sell products that are not in the online shop?
Yes, we offer products that may not be available in the online store. Do not hesitate to contact us for non-binding information.
/06Are the transport costs free?
Currently, our shipping policies vary depending on the country the item is being shipped to and the product purchased.
/07Do you only sell used parts, spare parts and/or engines?
We offer new original or top brand spare parts as well as new or reconditioned engines.
/08How do you deliver car engines?
We supply car engines in different shapes to suit your needs:
- Complete engines: Includes a closed block with cylinder head, crankcase, injection pump, injectors, distributors, water pump and engine flywheel.
- Bare engine: Includes a closed block with cylinder head and crankcase.
- Short engine: Contains block, crankshaft, connecting rods and pistons.
- Block: The block itself, disassembled and ready for assembly.
/09How do you supply industrial engines?
We offer a wide range of options for our industrial motors:
- Complete engines: Includes a closed block with cylinder head, crankcase, injection pump, injectors, manifold, water pump, flywheel and turbos.
- Naked or long-block engine: Includes the closed block with cylinder head and crankcase.
- Short Engine: Includes the block, crankshaft, connecting rods, pistons and camshaft (may or may not include cylinder heads depending on preference).
- Block: The block itself, disassembled and ready for assembly.
- Cylinder head: The cylinder head, which can be purchased bare or with valves and springs depending on the customer's wishes.
/10Do you ship to all countries?
Yes, we ship internationally and deliver orders worldwide.
/11Can I return an order?
In most cases we do not accept returns as most of our engines are assembled to specifications provided by the customer.
